We operate on a lean stack. For front-end development, we mostly use JavaScript and React. On the back-end, our languages of choice are Python and Rust – not only because it’s fast and memory-efficient, but because it enables us to build reliable systems with fewer bugs.
At BlockTech, we value simple, readable code over cleverness. Most of the team has a background in computer science or mathematics. Everyone works hands-on, including our team leads. Collaboration is key, and great ideas are never ignored – no matter where they come from.
