Depending on your role, assessments may include quantitative, cognitive and/or technical tests to evaluate your skills and expertise.
The interview process includes an introductory interview, mainly to assess your motivation and the cultural fit, followed by a technical assessment, technical interviews and behavioral interviews.
Yes, candidates are welcome to reapply for future opportunities if they were not selected initially after the 1-year cool-off period.
